Dawn Jannucci has such a passion for this business that it has played a major role throughout her entire life. She received her beauty license in 1990 and quickly made a name for herself in Central Jersey salons.

Starting at Beaux Gens where she was front desk support, continuing to Splash Salon and Spa in Bridgewater where she took over as Manager and increased the salon's profitability in the time she was there. She only left Splash because she started a family with her husband. She took a few years off and had two children, Matthew and Michael. Since her children were starting to get older she decided to once again go back to what had she had always been passionate about. This time she decided to become a little more involved in the business that had held her interest for so long.
